Processing of personal data

Posting a reaction

It is possible for you to leave a question and/or reaction regarding a particular subject (e.g. childbirth consultation, finances or information on training). To do so, you are required to provide your name and e-mail address in the corresponding form. If this is not provided by you, you cannot leave a question and/or reaction. Your personal data are processed so that we can register your question and/or reaction and (if desired) notify you when there are follow-up reactions or new messages.  

This processing of your personal data is possible because you have given your consent. You have given this consent by entering the requested personal data yourself. This consent may be withdrawn at any time (without prejudice to the lawfulness of data processing operations prior to the withdrawal of consent. The personal data will be kept as long as your question and/or response is considered current.

Contact form .

Your personal data are processed to handle queries, complaints or other types of communication after you fill in the contact form on the website. Therefore, the personal data must also be filled in on a mandatory basis. The legal basis of this processing is that this data processing is necessary to serve the legitimate interest of Obstetric Centre and you. Specifically, this interest consists of the interest of Obstetric Centre and of you to be able to deal with questions, complaints or other types of communication at your request. Email addresses are digitally processed for the purpose of sending: newsletters from the Obstetric Practice, invitations for information evenings of the Obstetric Practice, invitations to participate in surveys for the purpose of evaluating the care provided by the Obstetric Practice. This takes place via secure e-mail/mail.
Partner mail address is basically not used.

Registration and appointment


If you register with us or book an appointment via our website, the data you provide in the relevant form or appointment service will only be used to manage your registration and book an appointment. Your personal data will be processed to handle your registration after you have completed the registration form on the website. Therefore, personal data must also be filled in on a mandatory basis. The legal basis of this processing is that this data processing is necessary to serve the legitimate interest of Midwifery Practice and you. Retention period

This privacy statement indicates the retention period of personal data. If an explicit retention period is not included or the criteria the Obstetric Practice uses to determine how long personal data will be kept, the Obstetric Practice will not keep the personal data longer than necessary to fulfil the purpose communicated to you.
